MEASURING UNIT FOR TURBINATED FLOWS
The unit consists in two serially connected PLCs using RS485 isolated interfaces. As input data, uses the information given by the water-velocity probe (installed on the admission pipe) and the differential pressure information given by the Winter-Kennedy outlets. The unit ensures the monitoring of the turbinated flows and gives alarm signals on admission pipe breakage, as well.
detailsTEMPERATURES MEASURING UNIT
The system is configurated to measure the hydraulic machine's temperatures within hydroelectric power plants. It is configurable (also as hardware and/or software), so that can be used for other temperature measuring applications that generate commands for processes automation.
It allows the measuring of 48 points, with individual alarm signals for every point, the visualization and storing of the data and has reserves of digital inputs/outputs for possibly extensions and process controls.
The unit is using Schneider Electric acquisition and automation modules.
